Don’t Stop the Music.

Here’s what I know…Music heals…music speaks to the soul. So often in my life, music has played an integral role in the experience. A soundtrack for my saga, if you will. Songs would come up randomly on the radio, the perfect message would wake me in the morning…Lyrics would cross my mind when I was searching for insight. It would come.
If I was listening…aware…present in the moment…
After a while I developed another tool, when I was immersed in some learning, experiencing some struggle or feeling especially good, I would choose an anthem…a song I carried everywhere and just drew positive energy from all day…shake my ass, strike a pose, and keep on stepping…that’s my thing! LOL
Thank God for all the musical genius in this world.

Listen to the music. It heals..
I swim in the healing that is music daily. I love it and those who remind me that I am the DR. that can deliver healing to self and others through music.
